Report – Police Scotland – PIRC/00505/23
The complaints in this case arose when the applicant made reports to Police Scotland concerning his neighbour.
We have reviewed the handling of three complaints, namely that:
- Police Scotland failed to take action when the applicant reported concern regarding his neighbour’s CCTV;#
- An officer behaved in an intimidating manner towards the applicant when visiting his neighbour’s property; and
- On 13 January 2022, officers failed to provide the applicant with an update regarding the retrieval of his property.
Police Scotland's Decision
