We want our services to be accessible and usable for as many people as possible. 

We have a variety of options available, including documents in alternative formats such as large print, coloured paper, audio and Braille. We can also offer sign language interpretation. Please contact us if you require any additional support. 

Yes. We accept applications from representatives acting on some else's behalf. 

If you would like to do this, the individual and the representative can complete a consent form through our online process or using a paper copy. You will be provided with the appropriate options once you start the Complaint Handling Review process. 

You can reset your username and password by using the password reset tool on the sign in page. 

Please contact us directly if you continue to experience any issues. 

The maximum amount of data you can submit is 50MB.

Note: you will be unable to add more documents once you have submitted your application. Please contact us if you have already submitted your application and have new supporting evidence.
