The Complaint

The complaint in this case arose following an incident involving the applicants’ son. We have reviewed the handling of one complaint, namely that:

• Police Scotland wrongly accepted the credibility of the alleged victim and a witness in relation to an incident involving the applicants’ son.

Police Scotland did not uphold the applicants’ complaint.

Our Findings

We have found that Police Scotland handled the applicants’ complaint to a reasonable standard.
