FOISA Response No. 776 - PIRC staff numbers
Where relevant, we publish our responses to Freedom of Information requests under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).
This response addressed the following query:
- “How many staff are employed by your organisation please?
- How many work in the office full-time?
- How many work at home full-time?
- How many have a hybrid arrangement of work in the office and at home?
- Of the hybrid workers how many spend more than 50 per cent of their time working at home?”
The PIRC has considered this as a request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (“FOISA”). An application for information held by public authorities under section 1 of FOISA requires that a public authority release all information held, subject to any applicable exemptions.
How many staff are employed by your organisation please?
We currently have 88 staff.
How many work in the office full-time?
No staff work in the office full time.
How many work at home full-time?
No staff work at home full time.
How many have a hybrid arrangement of work in the office and at home?
All staff are working in a hybrid arrangement which includes a mix of home and office working.
Of the hybrid workers how many spend more than 50 per cent of their time working at home?
I can confirm we do not hold this information. Staff are able to adjust their days/hours in the office each week depending on needs. Some prefer to be in the office more than required which we accommodate.
