Death following police contact (Paisley) - June 2023

We have been directed by the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) to investigate the death of a 52-year-old woman following an incident involving police in Paisley on 30 June 2023.
Once the investigation is concluded, a report on our findings will be submitted to the COPFS for consideration.
Update: a final report was issued to COPFS on 19 February 2024.
