Death following police contact (Kent) - February 2023

The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) has instructed us to investigate the circumstances leading up to the death of a 60-year-old man in Kent, following contact with Police Scotland in February this year.
At the conclusion of our investigation a report will be sent to COPFS.
Update: a final report was issued to COPFS on 5 October 2023.
