Online Complaint Handling Review issues

IMPORTANT- Please be aware that we have been experiencing technical issues with our website from 1 May 2022 onwards. This may have caused your online Complaint Handling Review (CHR) application submission to fail. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

NEW APPLICATIONS - Until further notice, all new Complaint Handling Review applications should be now completed by downloading the PDF, send your completed form to Enquiries@pirc.gov.scot or post to PIRC.

The PIRC can review complaints about a number of policing organisations operating in Scotland. 

If you have a complaint about a policing body in Scotland, you must first make your complaint to the body concerned to allow them the opportunity to resolve your concerns.
