The Complaints
The complaints in this case arose after the applicant reported concern to Police Scotland regarding the care of his brother-in-law. Specifically, the applicant alleged that his brother-in-law had been subject to psychological abuse by his son, who acted as his carer.
We have reviewed the handling of one complaint, namely that:
