Investigations

We have been directed by the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) to investigate the circumstances of the death of a 37-year-old woman following an incident involving police in Perth on 19 December 2023.

Once the investigation is concluded, a report on our findings will be submitted to the COPFS for consideration.
