Investigations

We have been directed by the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) to investigate the circumstances in the lead up to the death of a 31-year-old man in Motherwell on 23 January 2024.

Once the investigation is concluded, a report on our findings will be submitted to the COPFS.
