Two CHRs were published by the Review team this week, which addressed a total of four complaints made against Police Scotland.

In PIRC/00464/19 the complaints arose following the applicant's reports of ongoing neighbour concerns and related to Police Scotland's failure to allocate a single point of contact to the applicant and failure also to take action relating to stalking and harassment.  In both matters we found that Police Scotland had handled the complaints to a reasonable standard.

In PIRC/00114/20 the complaints arose following the applicant's reports of vandalism.  In this matter we found that both complaints had again been handled to a reasonable standard by Police Scotland.

An executive summary of each of these cases can be viewed here.
