In three Complaint Handling Reviews (CHRS) published today, the Review Team found that of the 10 complaints, half were handled to a reasonable standard by Police Scotland.

In all of the cases, Reviews recommended further action by Police Scotland, including seven recommendations and two Learning Points.

We expect the recommendations to be implemented within two months.
