An investigation by the Police Investigations & Review Commissioner following the discovery of a man's body in Livingston has concluded. 

The Commissioner was instructed by the Crown Office and Procurator ‎Fiscal Service (COPFS) to carry out an independent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of the 31-year-old after his body was found on Wednesday 30 September.

A report on the Commissioner's findings has been sent to the COPFS for their consideration.
